Warranty & Returns Policy

Limited Hardware Warranty

Each Network Ad Blocker & VPN Appliance includes a 90-day limited hardware warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers hardware defects and failure under normal residential use. If the device stops functioning due to a hardware issue during this period, we will repair or replace the unit at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, physical damage, liquid exposure, electrical surges, improper configuration, or unauthorized modifications.

Software & Configuration

The device is delivered pre-configured and tested. Software is provided as-is. We provide 90 days of setup and basic troubleshooting support.

Modifying system files, installing unsupported software, or altering core configuration may void support eligibility.

Returns Policy

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for devices in original condition.
• Returned units must not show signs of physical damage, internal modification, or tampering.
• Devices must be factory reset before return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the device arrived defective.

Non-Returnable Situations

• Unsupported router models
• Internet provider restrictions
• Advanced network configurations
• Misuse of VPN functionality
