By purchasing or using the Zwetow Network Appliance (“Product”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Product Use
The Product is intended for residential and small office use. You are responsible for proper configuration and compliance with applicable laws and your internet service provider’s policies.
2. No Guarantee of Complete Blocking
The Product uses DNS-based filtering. We do not guarantee 100% ad removal, tracking prevention, or compatibility with all applications or streaming platforms.
3. No Managed or Enterprise Service
Purchase of the Product does not include managed services, ongoing monitoring, enterprise security consultation, or custom network engineering.
4. Software & Open Source Components
The Product incorporates open-source software components. We are not responsible for upstream software changes or updates that may affect functionality.
5. Warranty and Returns
Warranty coverage and return eligibility are governed by our separate Warranty & Returns Policy. In the event of a conflict, the Warranty & Returns Policy shall control with respect to warranty terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zwetow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to data loss, network interruption, or business disruption. Total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Product.
7. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Product or these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in the State of Illinois, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. By agreeing to arbitration, you waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.
8. Modifications and Unauthorized Changes
Modifying system files, installing unsupported software, or altering core configurations may void warranty coverage and support eligibility.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
